$Glo, clarifies that there are a lot of inaccurate ideas regarding human’s health when it comes to building a cell sites. Contrary to what many homeowners associations believe, however, $Glo made a strong statement that proximity to cell sites does not cause any known health risks, as reaffirmed by a local radiation authority.
$Glo also stated that the Philippines are badly in need of cell sites because that is one of the many best ways to overcome poor internet connection in the country.
$Glo said around 67 million active internet users in the Philippines are sharing 17,850 cell sites, or an average of 3,753 people per cell site.
