Pangasinan 4th District Rep. Christopher de Venecia said the opening of SM Center Dagupan on Friday is further proof the city is becoming a highly urbanized industrial hub.
De Venecia, who was among the guests during the opening, said he foresees further economic boom in Dagupan, considered as the business center in Pangasinan.
